Bylaws

The Wentworth Residents’ Association (WRA) was established in 2006 by the Developer. This included putting in place the Association’s bylaws which have since been the governing set of rules for the WRA and its Board of Directors. This year, the WRA Board has embarked on a project to update and modernize these bylaws.

A Special General Meeting will be held on January 11, 2024 in the West Springs Calgary Co-op Meeting Room at 7pm where WRA Members will have an opportunity to vote on a Special Resolution to update the bylaws. Should quorum not be met at this meeting, a second meeting will be held exactly one week later on January 18th at 7pm at the same location. Our website will be updated following the first meeting to indicate whether the second meeting will be required.

Please note quorum was not met at the first (January 11) meeting and was thereby adjourned to one week later at the same time/place: January 18, 2024 in the West Springs Calgary Co-op Meeting Room at 7pm.

The current bylaws, the special resolution as well as the newly updated bylaws are all available for your review below. Should you wish to receive a paper copy of any of these bylaw documents, please send us an email and a paper copy can be provided to you.
