Please be advised that most of the trees along the blvds and steets have deiaseas. What is being done to preserve our trees?

Problem 9th Avenue SW west of the CoOp along condo and some larger home lots ….this area was designed to look or have a natural preserved appeal. It looks terrible and needs some dead trees removed along with tons of garbage.

Really appreciate if you coudl address this issue we tried to address it with the City depts and our alderman’s office and understood that someone would look into this matter.
To date it is still incomplete.

    Regards,
    Brenda

We’ll ask our maintenance company to go through that area and clean up the garbage.

    Hello
Does every owner pay the full community fee for the year regardless of when they took possession of their property during the year?
    Cheers

    • Greg says:

Your lawyers will pro-rate the annual $200 fee based upon the number of days you own your property during the WRA fiscal year.

The WRA fiscal year runs March 1 through February 28.

For example, if you took possession of your property on November 15, 2009, the lawyers should adjust the setllements so you pay only for the 105 days you owned the property during the year, from November 15, 2009, through February 28, 2010.

      $200 / 365 days = $0.548 per day x 105 = $57.53.

Therefore you would pay $57.53 for the 2009 year, and the previous owner would pay the remaining $142.47.

Excuse the typo errors hope you can still understand my message.

  5. Jeff says:

Any idea on the status of getting some street signs in Wentworth Glen??

  6. Greg says:

The City is responsible for getting the street signs up. I know there was a bit of a delay getting signs into Wentworth Estates.

I would suggest calling 311 for an update on the Glen.

  7. Manuel says:

I live in the avi homes on West Coach Rd. I just wanted to know if we are responsible for maintaining the grass on the curb.

I also wanted to know if they are going replace the sod on the curb because it was damaged from the construction.
